ABBEVILLE, Ala. (AP) - Authorities say 5 people are facing felony drug charges after a three month undercover investigation in Henry County.
Sheriff William Maddox said Monday the charges include conspiracy to possess and distribute a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, plus firearms offenses and other crimes.
All the defendants are residents of Henry County.
Maddox alleges that 25-year-old Jamar Cook and 31-year-old Anthony Blackmon were two of the major drug dealers in the county.
They were among 4 individuals arrested Friday.
A search continues for a 5th male.
