1 STICK BUTTER
1 BUNCH SCALLIONS, MINCED
½ CUP WHIPPING CREAM
2 TBS OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
3 CUPS OF COOKED, CHOPPED SHRIMP
2 CUPS OF SHREDDED SWISS CHEESE
¼ CUP MINCED PARSLEY
1 TBS OF DRY WINE
¼ TSP OF GARLIC SALT
HOT SAUCE TO TASTE
WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE TO TASTE

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
MELT BUTTER IN LARGE SKILLET. ADD SCALLIONS, SAUTE UNTIL TENDER. REMOVE FROM HEAT
IN A BOWL, COMBINE WHIPPING CREAM AND FLOUR, STIRRING WELL. ADD CREAM MIXTURE TO SAUTEED SCALLIONS, STIRRING WELL.
COMBINE SHRIMP AND NEXT 6 INGREDIENTS, STIR IN SCALLION MIXTURE. POUR IN A CASSEROLE DISH. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 25-35 MINUTES OR UNTIL HOT AND BUBBLY. SERVE WITH CRACKERS OR CROSTINI
