Buckeyes' Back In Own Territory

Montgomery, AL (WSFA)-- The Ohio State Buckeyes take on another set of Trojans' this week. But this time, it is in their own back yard.

OSU touts an all-time record of 381-105-20 while playing in Ohio Stadium in Columbus. The stadium in Big-10 territory opened in 1922. The stadium has also hosted crowds of over 100,000 people consecutively for forty-three games.

Numbers are numbers. That really does not matter to the Troy Trojans. Touting their own numbers, hosting a team like Oklahoma State (and further upsetting them) in 2007 and traveling to teams in the past like Nebraska, Florida, Florida State, Miami, LSU (postponed earlier in the season due to inclimate weather), and now Ohio State, playing in big-time college football venues (and big-time teams) is no big deal to Troy.

Kickoff is set for noon (CST) in Columbus. The game is televised by The Big 10 Network.
