MACON COUNTY, AL (WSFA) - After a two year joint investigation, Macon County law enforcement agencies arrested two suspect for more than 50 robberies in rural Macon County.
Harold Taylor and Thaddeus Moore are charged with possession of marijuana and of a controlled substance, along with receiving stolen property.
Agriculture Commissioner Ron Sparks says they do expect more arrests in this case and that the amount stolen is in the thousands of dollars.
Investigators say they found ATVs, guns, drugs and television sets at a Fort Davis resident, all taken from farm houses and hunting lodges in rural Macon County.
The two suspects posted bail and are out on a $35,000 bond each.
