MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - On Thursday a Montgomery judge set a tentative date to hear motions in the Albert Wilding case. Wilding, whose pet-shop owner wife vanished about ten years ago, is accused of killing her.
A tentative date in mid-November is set for both sides.
Prosecutors believe Wilding is responsible for his wife's death, even though Judie Wilding's body has never been found.
Bond has been denied for the 79-year old Wilding and he has pleaded 'not guilty'.
