PERRY COUNTY, AL (WSFA) - Three suspects have been arrested after a joint investigation by the Alabama State Fire Marshal's office and the Alabama Foresty Commission.
William Adam Huey, 20, was charged with four counts of Willful, malicious or intentional setting on fire of woodlands, a class C felony, and one count of Arson Second Degree for a structure fire, a class B felony.
Huey was a Volunteer Firefighter from Sprott.
Officials also arrested Jessica Veach, 20 and Thomas Whalen, 23, also of Sprott and charged them with one count of Arson Second Degree for a structure fire.
The arsons all happened between October 10th and November 15th, officials say.
