Montgomery, Ala. (WSFA) -- Montgomery police arrested 18-year old Sam Crenshaw Saturday in connection with November 23rd's deadly shooting outside a south Montgomery filling station.
Crenshaw is accused of shooting 25-year-old Frank York of Selma outside the Chevron station at the corner of Court Street and the Southern Boulevard.
Police say the incident was the result of a dispute during a drug deal.
Crenshaw is charged with capital murder and is being held in the Montgomery County Jail without bond.
