Sassy Hot and Spicy Warm Shrimp Salad

1/4 cup of chopped onion

1 Tbs. of minced garlic

2 Tbs. of butter

1 lb. of cooked large shrimp peeled and deveined

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 Tsp. of dried oregano

1 Tsp. of dried basil

1/2 Tsp. of dried thyme

1/2 Tsp. of crushed red pepper flakes

4 cups of mixed baby greens

1/2 cup of sliced red bell peppers

1/2 cup of sliced green peppers

1 cup of sliced almonds

Put all ingredients in a saucepan with melted butter and saute for two to three minutes (except for salad greens). Arrange baby greens on plate and spoon mixture over it while it is still hot.
