TROY, AL (WSFA) - $200,000. That's the amount of money police say two former employees stole from a furniture store in Troy.

Angela Holloway, 36, from Luverne and Justin Bradley, 24, from Troy were arrested Tuesday after an investigation linked them to thefts from Badcock Home Furnishings.

Store officials called the Troy Police Department and within hours, the two suspects were taken into custody.

Chief Anthony Everage said both Holloway and Bradley have been charged with theft of property first degree after allegedly taking cash transactions and placing the sold merchandise on false credit accounts.
