Wiregrass Newsroom: Shootings at Dothan night club leave 4 injured

Dothan, Ala. (WSFA) -- Police are still searching for suspects in two shootings at a club in Dothan this weekend, leaving four people wounded.

Police say they responded to a call about 1:10 in the morning on Friday at 230 East Powell Street, "Club Chloe."  Officers say three club patrons suffered gunshot wounds.  All three were transported to Southeast Alabama Medical Center for treatment. They were released with non-life threatening injuries.

One man in a nearby store says he was scared when he heard of the incident, "We were shocked to hear it because we've never really heard of anything like that around here before."

Early Saturday morning, a separate shooting at the club left one person wounded.  Authorities say he's expected to be okay.

The case is still under investigation and police are urging anyone with information to call Dothan Police Department or Crime Stoppers at 793-7000.
