Dreamland BBQ coming to Montgomery

WFSA 12 News has learned a new restaurant is officially moving into Montgomery's Downtown Alleyway Project.  Dreamland BBQ plans to set up shop there.  The Alleyway, reminiscent of New Orlean's French Quarter, which will house restaurants and retailers.  Dreamland officials say the city's commitment to downtown growth cemented their decision.  They also look forward to being so close to Riverwalk Stadium.  "Knowing that people with see us, smell us during games, before games and after games, for us it was this spot or nothing.  We wanted to be right here," says Montgomery Dreamland Franchiser Bob Parker.

Parker says they plan to be open April 1st, in time for the Biscuits Baseball season to start.

The Atlanta Highway location will close.
