Prattville, Ala. (WSFA) -- Congressman Bobby Bright continued his first district tour since being sworn into office stopping at the Bass Pro Shops in Prattville on Saturday.
The freshman congressman came home this weekend to tour parts of his new district and meet with constituents throughout the area. Rep. Bright wrapped up his two day visit to Alabama with a special event called "Congress on your Corner."
The country's faltering financial system dominated the discussion. "I would say 70 to 80 percent of the questions have been geared based on our economy," said Rep. Bobby Bright. "What they think I can do, what I am going to do, and they also want to give me their impressions on what they want me to do when I get there."
The economy wasn't the only subject up for grabs, some residents came to discuss everything from social security to health issues.
