Blistering heat Wednesday

September 18, 2018 at 9:22 PM

Blazing heat will continue to headline the forecast through at least Thursday. Afternoon highs will again crack the 90 degree mark Wednesday; most of us will end up between 93-97 degrees. Factor in the humidity, and it will feel even hotter. A few isolated pockets of rain and rumbles will develop Wednesday afternoon, but the rain (and cooling relief it provides) will be tough to come by. Most stay dry - and hot.
