The clouds have yet to clear our region and it’s still cold... most towns got stuck in the 40s for highs. The same upper low that brought us a soaker of a weekend will continue to support cloud cover through the early evening. Change begins to pop into the forecast by Tuesday. First, it’s a clear and cold start to our day, but sunshine will warm us up into the lower 50s by the afternoon; we stay dry and quiet through at least Wednesday, and that gives us a good opportunity to warm into the upper 50s and even low 60s by the middle of the week. Our next system starts to develop out toward our west by Thursday... a few showers Thursday will become widespread rain into Thursday night, and rain appears to be a good bet into Friday as well.
