I-65 SB lanes in downtown B’ham reopen following vehicle fire

BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) - Southbound lanes on I-65 in Birmingham have reopened.
The lanes were shut down for several hours after a vehicle fire.
The incident happened at the 260.1 miler marker near the 3rd Ave. exit.
According to ALGO, traffic is moving at a normal speed.
