MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - Who turned on the heat?! It will stay very warm into the first half of the weekend...
Tonight will stay on the warmer side, with lows only settling in the mid to upper 60s. One or two stray showers or storms could pop into our Friday morning, but most of us stay dry.
Storm coverage will increase Friday into Saturday. Neither day will be a washout, as many of you will stay dry. Where cells do develop, one or two could be on the stronger side with heavy downpours, frequent lightning, gusty winds and perhaps some hail. This won’t be the case for every cell on radar, but keep your First Alert Weather App handy so you can track the rain and receive lightning alerts.
Rain chances will trend downward a touch Sunday and into the workweek.
