MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) - A Montgomery man has been charged with shooting into a car that had juveniles inside.
Kenneth Dixon, 55, is charged with shooting into an occupied vehicle.
According to Capt. Regina Duckett, Dixon was charged after a woman told officers he shot into her vehicle. The shooting happened Monday in the 100 block of Wawana Court around 8 p.m.
Court documents indicate four people, including two juveniles, were inside the vehicle at the time of the shooting.
Duckett says no one was injured during the shooting.
Dixon was taken into custody at the scene and transported to the Montgomery County Detention Facility. He was placed under a $30,000 bond.
