Our forecast will continue to trend mostly dry with mild temperature all afternoon. But mostly dry doesn’t mean completely dry... in the heating of the day, isolated thunderstorms will develop. They don’t move much, dumping locally heavy rain over a small area of real estate. Highs today will spike into the upper 80s to around 90 degrees.
Our weekend looks hot and generally rain-free; expect highs around 90 degrees both Saturday and Sunday. A few showers and storms will be possible late Sunday into Monday, and that will be about it for awhile. A ridge of high pressure will allow heat to build into next week, popping highs into the middle 90s. Get ready!
