Victim dies after Rosa Parks Avenue shooting

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) - The Montgomery Police Department has opened a homicide investigation after a victim who was shot Saturday afternoon later died from his injuries.

MPD Capt. Regina Duckett says Terence Flynn died after being transported to Baptist Medical Center South with a life-threatening gunshot wound.

Duckett says a Flynn, 41, was transported in a personal vehicle after a shooting in the 3500 block of Rosa Parks Avenue.

No arrests have been made.
