MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) - There’s one noticeable change in the Top 4 of this week’s College Football Playoff rankings.

Ohio State jumps LSU to reclaim the No. 1 spot in this week’s rankings. LSU moves back to No. 2, followed by No. 3 Clemson and No. 4 Georgia.

No change for the Crimson Tide. They still sit at No. 5 now with Utah at No. 6 following Oregon’s loss over the weekend. Oklahoma, Minnesota, Baylor and Penn State round out the Top 10 from No. 7 to No. 10 in that order.

Auburn remains at No. 15, setting up a No. 5 Alabama vs. No. 15 Auburn matchup in Saturday’s Iron Bowl.

Also, the Troy Trojans will take on the Appalachian State Mountaineers this Friday. The Mountaineers will enter ranked No. 25 in this week’s College Football Playoff rankings.
