Prattville man dies in crash in which vehicle caught fire

ELMORE COUNTY, Ala. (WSFA) - A single-vehicle crash has resulted in the death of one person, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency says.

ALEA says James Owen Hall of Prattville died Tuesday afternoon when the vehicle he was driving struck a tree and caught fire after leaving the roadway. Hall, 43, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash at 1:15 p.m., on Titus Road near Edwards Cook Road. That’s nearly 3 miles east of Titus.
