MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) - The Alabama Supreme Court has extended its suspension of all in-person proceedings until April 30.
The order has limited exceptions for specific criminal/child protective matters, which will be determined by the presiding judge in each circuit.
The supreme court’s order instructs trial courts to use teleconferencing or videoconferencing to conduct hearings if possible.
