TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WBRC) - Tuscaloosa detectives have charged Blane Austin Colburn with first-degree animal abuse in relation to a video that was reported on Saturday.

Investigators say at some point in the video he was seen throwing dogs up against a wall.

Colburn, 21, turned himself in at the Tuscaloosa County Jail Tuesday afternoon. His bond has been set to $10,000 for the felony charged.
