MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) - A Montgomery man has been charged a second time with shooting at the same victim.
Christopher Renaldo, 22, is charged with discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle.
Court records show around May 18, Renaldo was charged with shooting into a home where the victim was inside. Renaldo posted bond a day later.
Montgomery Police Capt. Saba Coleman says Renaldo was charged on Tuesday with shooting into a vehicle while someone was inside. That shooting took place on Nov. 30.
According to a motion to revoke Renaldo’s bond, the same victim was targeted in both incidents.
Renaldo was taken into custody and placed in the Montgomery County Detention Facility under no bond.
