MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) - An 18-year-old wanted on capital murder charges is now in custody.
Matthew Clayton was wanted in connection to the April 3 shooting death of 30-year-old Jamarcus Jordan.
According to CrimeStoppers, a tip led U.S. marshals to Clayton’s location Monday morning. He was arrested at a home on Calloway Street in Montgomery.
Clayton is charged with two counts of capital murder. He is in the Montgomery County Detention Facility.
Another suspect, Rontavious Managan, 18, was previously arrested and charged in this case. He is also facing two capital murder charges.
