BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WSFA) - Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall has announced the arrest of a Prattville man on a first-degree rape charge.
Marshall says 23-year-old Bradley Wise Campbell was indicted by a Baldwin County grand jury on March 23. He surrendered at the Baldwin County Jail on April 30.
He was released on a $15,000 bond.
The indictment alleges that Campbell engaged in sexual intercourse with a victim who was incapable of consent by reason of being incapacitated.
No further information was released.
If convicted, Campbell faces a maximum penalty of 10 to 99 years or life, and a fine of up to $60,000.
