An arrest affidavit shed new light on the details of a case where Tyler police officers rescued a 13-year-old Alabama girl from a 19-year-old man’s residence Saturday.
Sylacauga officers said Zsaquon Dean Averette, 24, was arrested on April 8 for Attempted Domestic Violence 1st for the shooting at Sonic Restaurant at 514 W. Ft. Williams Street.
