MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - Montgomery Arson Investigators have arrested three juveniles in the arson case surrounding Flip's Uptown Grill.
Investigators say the three arrested are all between the ages of 16-years-old and 17-years-old. They each have been charged with arson and burglary.
A little after 4:00 a.m. on October 23rd, Montgomery firefighters responded to the 3900 block of Atlanta Highway after flames were spotted coming from the drive through window of the restaurant.
After an initial investigation, police and investigators ruled that criminal activity was involved with the fire.
The restaurant was just weeks away from celebrating its 20th anniversary at that location.
