Dale Co. man charged with transmitting obscene material to a child

DALE CO., AL, (WSFA) - Officials in Dale County say a man is under arrest and charged with four counts of transmitting obscene material to a child.
According to the sheriffs office investigators arrested 27-year-old Darrell Marsh of Level Plains after a search warrant was executed at his residence.
Marsh is being held at the Dale County Jail pending his first appearance hearing. Additional charges are expected to be filed against him.
