1 killed, 3 wounded in TN State University shooting

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - DEADLY SHOOTING: One person was killed and three others were wounded in an on-campus shooting at Tennessee State University. The Thursday night shooting was apparently prompted by a dispute over a dice game in an outdoor courtyard, according to the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department's verified Twitter account. SIEGELMAN: More than 100 former state attorney generals are asking the U.S. Supreme Court to review Siegelman's sentence. The filing claims a federal judge wrongly gave Siegelman a longer prison sentence by considering accusations a jury acquitted him of.

RECYCLING MONTGOMERY: Recycling in Montgomery is still at a standstill. Montgomery's Mayor  met with IREP representatives and city leaders Thursday in a meeting which outlined a way forward with a three path option. Mayor Strange indicated that progress could be on the horizon but he wants to do what is in the city's best interest.
