Tallassee police need help finding shooting suspects

TALLASSEE, AL (WSFA) - The Tallassee Police Department is asking for help to find two men involved in a shooting that injured two people on Saturday.

Warrants have been issued for  29-year-old Kerry D'Von Anderson and 26-year-old Phillip Anthony Anderson – both currently residing in Montgomery, AL. Police said that they are considered armed and dangerous.

The incident happened in the area of Cherry Street and 2nd avenue.

The victims were in their residence when a maroon vehicle fired rounds into their home. Events in this case not only placed the victims in harm's way, but numerous other individuals were present at the time of the shooting, including small children.

Both victims had injuries to the lower leg and have been released from the hospital.
