MPD identifies victim in city's first homicide of 2016

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - Investigators with the Montgomery Police Department are identifying the victim killed in the city's first homicide case of 2016. Keldrick Talley, 27, of Montgomery, was found Thursday morning in the 900 block of Ridgecrest Street.
When officers and medics arrived around 7 a.m., Talley was already dead on the scene.
A WSFA 12 News viewer shared several photos of the scene, including one showing a blue Lincoln sedan in a home's front yard. The car had a sheet draped over it and the back windshield was gone.
An investigation into the shooting is ongoing, but MPD officials say they have not yet taken any suspect/s into custody. A motive is also unknown.
