ALEA officials say along with the attempting to elude charge, McRae is also charged with reckless endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia and multiple traffic citations.

McRae then traveled into Elmore and Autauga counties before turning around and heading back south onto U.S. 31, towards Montgomery Co. While in Montgomery, McRae failed to stop and continued to pass other vehicles on the shoulder, running vehicles off the road.
McRae was finally stopped after hitting a fence near Fitzpatrick Avenue and Wilbanks Street in west Montgomery
Damage was caused to three state vehicles, another vehicle on the highway and a fence/gate to a private business. No one was injured during the pursuit.
