PIKE ROAD, AL (WSFA) - A man who was wanted for robbing a convenience store in Pike Road on Valentine's Day has been captured, according to CrimeStoppers.

CrimeStoppers officials say Brandon Alexander Reddoch was taken into custody by the Birmingham Police Department on February 17th.

After the robbery, the Montgomery County Sheriff's office released a description of Reddoch to other law enforcement officers across the state.  Later, a Birmingham patrol officer recognized Reddoch from the description and took him into custody.

Reddoch was transported to the Montgomery County Sheriff's office where he has been charged with two counts of robbery first degree.

Investigators say during the robbery, Reddoch held the clerk at gun point while taking an unknown amount of money. He then fled the scene. The clerk was not injured during the robbery.
