COVINGTON CO., AL (WSFA) - Three charges against Brantley City Councilman Lorey Bogen have been dismissed, according to court documents.

Bogen was facing two counts of third degree domestic violence (harassment) and a charge of disorderly conduct related to an incident in May 2015.

Bogen was previously arrested on a domestic violence charge in July 2012 after an altercation with his wife. That case was dismissed in 2013 when his wife refused to continue with the case.
