1 suffers life-threatening injuries in Montgomery shooting

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - Montgomery police are investigating a shooting that left one person with life-threatening injuries on Friday.

According to Lt. Denise Barnes, officers responded to the 400 block of Taylor Road on a call that someone had been shot. An initial investigation indicates that the shooting took place on Charlie Brassell Place. The victim, an adult male, was taken by personal vehicle to the hospital.

There is no one in custody at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
