MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - Montgomery police have charged a 23-year-old man with capital murder in the shooting death of Montgomery resident Roderick Bell.
According to Lt. Duckett, 23-year-old Devin Robinson has been charged with one count of capital murder.
The shooting happened around 10 p.m. on Nov. 16th in the 4100 block of Fitzpatrick Boulevard. When officers arrived on scene they found Bell who had been shot and was pronounced dead.
An investigation following the shooting identified Robinson as the suspect.
Robinson turned himself into detectives and was transported to the Montgomery County Detention Facility where he is being held without bond.
