Union Springs woman shot, police looking for 2 suspects

UNION SPRINGS, AL (WSFA) - A Union Springs resident is in serious condition after sustaining a gunshot wound Saturday morning, according to Union Springs police.
Sergeant J.M. Butterbrodt says at around 7:45 a.m., Union Springs Police officers were dispatched to Thompson Street in reference to a subject shot. Upon arriving the officers discovered Fonish Hollingsworth, 23, suffering from a single gunshot wound.
Hollingsworth was taken to a Montgomery hospital.
Union Springs investigators are trying to locate two persons of interest in the case.
