Arrest made after Wednesday morning Covington County shooting

COVINGTON CO., AL (WSFA) - Gunshots disrupted the morning peace north of Andalusia Wednesday. The Covington County Sheriff's Office says the shooting happened around 4 a.m. on Antioch Road.
Investigators say 36-year old Gary Chad Owens faces several charges including shooting into an occupied dwelling, reckless endangerment, and animal cruelty.
Owens allegedly shot at two houses, shattering windows and a window air conditioning unit. He also shot and killed a neighbor's cat.
There's been no details released about a motive at this point.
The SWAT team later arrested Owens at his home, located about a mile away on Turvin Mill Road. Investigators say Owens was found 'passed out' in his mobile home.?
