MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - Three men are recovering after a being struck while working on a stalled vehicle Thursday night, according to Montgomery Police.
Capt. Regina Duckett says the crash happened at the intersection of South Court Street and Patton Avenue. An investigation shows three pedestrians were working on a vehicle when it was struck from behind by a 2007 Ford Mustang.
All three pedestrians were transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. Initially, police reported one of the victims was seriously injured. His condition has since been upgraded.
The driver of the Mustang was not injured.
