DOTHAN, AL (WSFA) - Gov. Kay Ivey will be in Dothan on Wednesday to help break ground on a new Gateway Tire distribution center that will bring new jobs to the area.
Ivey will be joined by Gateway Tire of Dothan official Dennis King, Dothan Mayor Mike Schmitz and other local and company officials, as they break ground on the new, $8 million project.
The facility will total 140,000 square feet and will bring 30 jobs to the area.
The event will take place Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the location for the new Gateway Tire and Service Center at 570 Technology Drive in Dothan.
