MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - A Montgomery man has been indicted on three sex crime charges involving a child, according to a news release from Attorney General Steve Marshall.
Deggi Young Hardwick, 33, was taken into custody Tuesday morning by the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force and booked in the Montgomery County Detention Facility.
A Montgomery County grand jury returned an indictment on July 28. Hardwick is charged with electronic solicitation of a child, second-degree sexual abuse and production of obscene matter.
All three charges involve the same victim, who was less than 16 but more than 12 years old, according to Marshall.
No other information was released.
