Auburn woman charged after she, new baby test positive for cocaine

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - An Auburn woman has been arrested and charged with chemical endangerment of a child, according to court documents.
Christina Murphy exposed her unborn child to drugs, according to the filings, and both she and the child tested positive for cocaine and opiates at the time of the baby's birth.
Murphy, 37, has been transported to the Montgomery County Jail where bond was set at $3,000.
