Montgomery police ID victim in Saturday night homicide

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - The Montgomery Police Department has identified the victim killed in a Saturday night homicide as 20-year-old Devoytaye Reeves.
Reeves was shot and killed around 8:30 p.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of Perry Hill Road.
Reeves was pronounced dead on the scene.
No other details regarding a possible suspect or motive have been released in this investigation. No arrests have been made.
Reeves was the first of two homicide victims killed in separate shootings over the weekend in Montgomery. The other happened hours later on Bragg Street.
