Donald Hill-Eley named new Alabama State football coach

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - Donald Hill-Eley has been named Alabama State University's new football coach.
Hill-Eley has been serving as interim head coach since Brian Jenkins was fired in early October.
Interim Athletic Director Jennifer Lynne Williams made the announcement during a news conference Thursday afternoon.
Eley said his first step with the program will be recruiting players.
