Auburn University's Career Center strives to help students prepare for the professional world, and a big part of that is being dressed for success.

Campus Career Closet opened its doors in August. The purpose is to give Auburn University students the resources that they need to look professional for career fairs and interviews.

"All students have access to Handshake, which is an online system that we post all of our job postings in which is a great resource. Students can go in there, go under the resources tab and click the appointments tab, all students will see that as an option, and I'll be able to make an appointment that works for them," said Assistant Director of Career Development, Addye Buckley-Burnell.

Buckley-Burnell said students are able to keep the clothes they wear.

"We didn't just want to give them a Band-Aid," she said. "We didn't want to just let them rent it and not have it to use on an ongoing basis, so they get to keep those clothes."

Donations from members of the community to keep the closet stocked are always welcome.
