MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - Montgomery police have arrested a second suspect in the Jan. 7 shooting death of 28-year-old Damion Clarke.
Mark Robinson, 30, was taken into custody Monday and charged with murder. He's being held in the Montgomery County Detention Facility on $150,000 bond.
Last week, police arrested Clyde Jones, 25, and charged him with capital murder in the case.
Shortly after 5 p.m. on Jan. 7, police and medics responded to the 5800 block of Cherry Hill Road where they found Clarke in a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Investigators determined the shooting stemmed from an altercation between the men who all knew each other.
