MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - A Montgomery man is facing charges including burglary after documents say he stole an iPhone 6.

Malcolm Hosea, 27, is charged with burglary second degree and domestic violence second degree.

The charges are related to an incident that happened early Sunday morning in the 4400 block of Sunshine Drive. Court documents say Hosea was taken into custody after he "knowingly entered or remained in an occupied dwelling with the intent to commit a theft or felony".

Documents also say along with the iPhone 6, damage was caused to the bathroom window.

Hosea was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Detention Facility under a $7,500 bond.
