AUBURN, AL (WSFA) - Auburn police arrested a Tuskegee man Wednesday night after receiving reports of him firing a gun into an occupied residence and an unoccupied vehicle.

At about 11 p.m., officers received a call about gunshots in the 400 block of Mary Lane. Witnesses said they saw Keuntae Mabson, 24, fire a gun into a home and a vehicle before driving off in another car.

Another officer in the area saw Mabson's vehicle and attempted to pull him over, but he refused to stop. Mabson drove for several miles before stopping, at which point he was taken into custody.

Mabson was out on bond for felony drug charges at the time of the incident and was also charged with discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling, discharging and firearm into an unoccupied vehicle and attempting to elude police.

He was taken to the Lee County Jail and is being held on a $58,000 bond.

Police received no reports of injuries, but the residence and vehicle received minor damage.
