MFR responds to fully involved house fire Wednesday night

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - Montgomery Fire/Rescue was on scene at a structure fire Wednesday night.

According to Lt. Jason Cupps, the fire was in the 2400 block of Fairground Road. Crews responded to the one-story home, which was fully involved with fire. Units were able to quickly bring the fire under control using hand lines to perform a defensive attack. The home was heavily damaged.

No injuries have been reported at this time.
